Dave Fate, NRP, FP-C, EMSI

Dave Graduated with Honors from Lorain County Community College as a Nationally Registered Paramedic in 1994. Dave has engaged in public Safety as a Paramedic at several 911 services in Eaton Twp, Elyria, Lorain, and the city of Cleveland. Combined 16 years of 911 service dedication.

Dave continued to diversify his professional development by becoming an AHA instructor in 2008 followed by his EMS Instructorship in 2009 working for LifeCare EMS Training Academy for several years as the Clinical Education Coordinator. Dave is able to teach most standalone certification courses and initial training from EMR through EMSI With 14 years of educational experience.

Over the years Dave has gathered Rotor wing flight experience with Air Methods Cooperation at their MedEvac program in Ohio and Airlift program in Waco Texas with a combined 6 years of Flight Paramedic experience.

Dave has 4 years of ground Critical Care experience with University Hospitals Neonatal Critical Care transport program.

Dave is an accomplished academic with 2 associate’s degrees and is currently working on his undergraduate in Psychology and Social Work.
